Maple Oatmeal Smoothie

This hearty smoothie is made with maple cinnamon oatmeal, chopped pecans, bananas and yogurt.

Ingredients

2 cups Upstate Farms® Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 cup prepared maple cinnamon oatmeal (cooked)

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon chopped pecans
 

Directions

In a blender, combine Upstate Farms® Vanilla Greek Yogurt with oatmeal, bananas, and ice cubes.

Purée all ingredients until smooth.

Portion into glasses and garnish with chopped pecans.
