1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups water (divided)

3/4 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins

1/3 cup chopped onions

3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

3 Tbsps. brown sugar

3 Tbsps. frozen orange juice concentrate

2 Tbsps. soy sauce

2 Tbsps. tomato paste

Directions

In 2-quart saucepan, combine 3/4 cup of the water, raisins, onion, and garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer until raisins are plumped (5 mins.)

In blender container, place raisin mixture and 1/2 cup of the remaining water. Cover and blend until smooth (1 min.)

In same saucepan, combine raisin mixture, 1/2 cup water, and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce and simmer until reduced and thickened (25-30 minutes). Stir occasionally, stirring more frequently near end of cooking time.

Cool then store in refrigerator.
