Ingredients
TOPPING
2 ribs (1 cup) celery, cut into thin diagonal slices
1/2 cup carrot ribbons
BURGERS
1 pound ground chicken
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons hot sauce (if desired)
8 (3/4-ounce) slices white Land O Lakes® Deli American
4 hamburger buns
Directions
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine celery and carrot ribbons in bowl; set aside.
Combine chicken, blue cheese and 2 tablespoons hot sauce in bowl; mix well. Form mixture into 4 patties.
Place burgers onto grill. Grill 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and burgers are cooked through.
Top each burger with 2 slices cheese.
Place burgers onto bottom half of buns; top each with 1/4 carrot-celery mixture and additional hot sauce, if desired.
