1 cup Tree Top or Seneca Natural Apple Sauce
2 cups low fat yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar (more or less as desired)
Pinch of ground cinnamon (more or less as desired)
Green & red grapes
Green & red apple chunks
Kebab sticks (optional)
Mix yogurt and apple sauce with brown sugar and cinnamon. Thread green and red apples and green and red grapes on a skewer. Serve with dipping sauce.
Serving Suggestions:Serve skewer with dipping sauce as a low-fat snack.
