1/2 cup apples, chunked
5 oz Tilapia fillet, seasoned
Two 1/2-oz ladles of vegetable oil
3 oz rice pilaf
2 oz lemon pepper butter sauce, prepared
1 teaspoon garlic butter with brush
LEMON PEPPER BUTTER SAUCE
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon pepper (more or less to taste, as desired)
1 tablespoon lemon (more or less to taste, as desired)
Ladle 1/2 oz oil on flat top grill and cook fillet for 3 minutes on each side to 145°F.
Place apples with 1/2 oz ladle of oil on flat top grill. Grill on each side 1 minute until softened.
Cook your favorite rice pilaf.
Place apples over rice and distribute evenly. Place cooked fish on rice.
Melt butter and add pepper and lemon, to desired taste. Top fish fillet with ladle butter sauce, covering completely.
