Mexican Guacamole

Thick and chunky guacamole with fresh avocados is hard to beat.

Ingredients

4 medium ripe avocados, pitted, peeled, chopped

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 medium (1 cup) onion, chopped

2 medium (1 cup) tomatoes, seeded, chopped

1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons chopped jalapeño chile pepper

Directions

Place avocado into bowl; mash slightly. Add all remaining ingredients; stir until well mixed.

Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
