Artichoke Cheese Dip

10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into quarters

1/3 cup milk

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 (15-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , chopped

Tortilla chips and/or artisan bread slices


Combine cheese, milk and garlic powder in bowl; mix well.

Microwave, stirring every minute, 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.

Stir in artichokes and parsley. Continue microwaving 1 minute or until heated through.

Pour into serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.

Recipe Tip 

For a thinner dip, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
