1/2 cup bock beer
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters
6 premium hot dogs
6 pretzel buns, sliced horizontally halfway through
Popped popcorn, if desired
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine beer, mustard, butter, red pepper and pepper in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring with whisk, until mixture just comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; add cheese. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and smooth. Keep warm.
Place hot dogs onto grill. Grill, turning occasionally, 5-9 minutes or until heated through and grill marks show.
Place hot dogs into pretzel buns; top each with 2 tablespoons cheese sauce. Sprinkle with popcorn, if desired.
Serve with remaining cheese sauce for dipping.
