2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup vanilla- or original- flavored refrigerated almond, coconut or soy milk
1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, stir together oats, juice drink and milk; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
To serve, stir and divide oat mixture among 4 bowls; top with pecans and dried cranberries. Add fruit if desired.
