2 English Muffins
1/3 pound white cheddar cheese, sliced
2 pieces sliced smoked turkey
2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
8 baby spinach leaves
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
On the bottom half of muffin, add a few slices of cheese and one slice of turkey.
Add one tablespoon of apple butter on top of turkey, a few spinach leaves and then more cheese. Top with other half of muffin.
Using large saute pan over medium high heat, add butter. Once butter has melted, add the sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty. Slice and serve hot.
