Ingredients
1 package store-bought Naan bread
1 Mozzarella ball
1 cup mixed Heirloom tomatoes
5 whole basil leaves
1 tablespoon Sue Bee® Honey
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup baby arugula (optional)
Directions
Slice mozzarella into thick slices and place on Naan bread
Roughly chop the tomatoes and place on top of the Mozzarella
Arrange the basil leaves on top of the tomatoes
Whisk together the honey and balsamic vinegar sauce
Top with baby arugula, if desired
