1 1/2 ounces gin
5-6 large basil leaves
2 muddled strawberries
Juice from half a lemon
2 tablespoons Sue Bee Honey
In a tall Collins glass, muddle the strawberries, honey, and basil leaves till completely pureed.
Add gin, ice and stir well, making sure honey is completely incorporated.
Top with club soda, and a teaspoon of lemon juice if desired.
