Recipe Servings

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce

1 pound ground pork

1/4 cup chopped sweet onion

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

4 1/4-inch thick pineapple slices

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

4 lettuce leaves

4 hamburger buns

Combine mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce in bowl until well mixed. Set aside.

Heat gas grill to medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Combine all burger ingredients in another bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties.

Grill patties, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Place pineapple slices onto grill. Grill, turning once, until heated through. Remove from grill; set aside.

Grill buns, cut-sides down, 1-2 minutes or until toasted, if desired.

Place lettuce leaf onto bottom-side of each bun. Top each with burger and grilled pineapple slice. Spread cut-side of top half of buns with mayonnaise mixture. Place over pineapple, spread-side down. Serve immediately.
