Ingredients
GRAHAM CRACKER PECAN CRUST
10 graham cracker sheets (1 sleeve)
1 cup pecans, divided
2 Tablespoons sugar
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
CREAMY BLUEBERRY FILLING
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 can LUCKY LEAF® Premium or Organic Blueberry Fruit Filling or Topping
WHIPPED TOPPING
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
chopped pecans for garnish
Directions
For the Crust
In a food processor combine graham crackers and pecans. Pulse until you get coarse crumbs.
Add the melted butter and mix until combined. Press into the bottom of an 8X8 inch pan.
For the Filling
Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar. Gently fold in blueberry fruit filling.
Spread mixture over graham cracker crust.
For the Topping
Combine heavy cream and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of blueberry layer.
Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill for an hour to set.
