1/4 cup Sue Bee Honey
8 florets of cauliflower and broccoli
10 cherry tomatoes
4 medium carrots, cut into sticks
2 bell peppers, red and green, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
coarse salt and ground pepper
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 stalks of celery, cut into sticks
In a small bowl, stir together honey, mayonnaise and mustard; season with salt and pepper.
Serve dip with cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and celery.
