16 cups (1 gallon) Tree Top Apple Cider
1 cup sugar
3/4 tablespoon whole allspice
2 sticks cinnamon
4 cups (1 quart) cold water
Squeeze the juice from oranges and lemons into large stockpot.
Combine all other ingredients, including the orange and lemon rinds.
Heat to low boil, then simmer for 1 hour. Strain, and discard rinds and spices.
