2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup cooked Riceland Plump and Tender Medium Grain Rice
6 Tbsp. finely chopped black olives
3 Tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
1-1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 thin slices baked (or boiled) ham
Cream the cheese until fluffy.
Add rice, olives, onion, horseradish, pickle relish and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
Spread ham slices with rice mixture and roll tightly. Skewer with toothpicks.
Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
