1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows
12 Slice 'N Bake Brownie Rounds
3 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup Easy Hot Fudge Sauce
3/4 cup peanuts, chopped
*Substitute 1 cup purchased chocolate ice cream topping.
Combine 1 cup whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Stir in marshmallows.
Break each cookie into 4 pieces. Place 4 cookie pieces into each of six (8 to 10-ounce) parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
Layer each with 1/4 cup ice cream, about 2 heaping tablespoons marshmallow sauce, about 1 tablespoon hot fudge sauce and 1 tablespoon peanuts. Repeat layers.
If parfaits are not eaten immediately, place in freezer until serving time.
