Ingredients
8 oz goat cheese
1 tbsp shallot, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Aunt Sue’s honey plus more to finish
1 tbsp crème fraiche (optional)
1/4 cup chopped parsley and chives, plus optional chive batons to garnish
1 tsp salt
Directions
Fold all ingredients well to combine.
Serve with toasted baguette and drizzle with Aunt Sue’s Honey.
Garnish with chive batons if desired.
