1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
4 English muffins, split, toasted
1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
1 apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
1/4 cup chopped Sun-Maid apricots
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Spread cream cheese on each muffin half; spoon chocolate-hazelnut spread in center of cream cheese.
Top with apple slices, raisins and apricots.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Broil 30 to 60 seconds or until warm and lightly glazed.
