1 (11.5-ounce) package (2 cups) real semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350°F. Melt 1 cup chocolate chunks in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (3 to 5 minutes).
Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in remaining chocolate chunks.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Let stand 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
