Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
12 1-ounce can MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Pie Filling
1/3 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a very large baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add apple pie filling, ginger, milk, and pecans; mix well until a soft dough forms.
Divide dough in half and spread on prepared baking sheet into 8 inch rounds. Use a long knife to cut each round into 8 wedges; do not separate pieces.
Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden. Cut again and serve.
