Blueberry Salad

Full of blueberries with a mixture of cream cheese topping. It can also be served as dessert.

21-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Blueberry Pie Filling
1 large can of crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup hot water
2 packets grape gelatin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package cream cheese
1/3 cup 10x sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine the LUCKY LEAF Premium Blueberry Pie Filling and crushed pineapple in a 9x13-inch pan; spread evenly on bottom.

Dissolve two gelatin packages in 1 cup hot water, pour over the blueberry mixture. Refrigerate until gelatin is set.

For topping, beat cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add the 10x sugar and vanilla to cream cheese mixture and blend well again. Spread cream cheese mixture over set blueberry base. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
