Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

We love the rich, tart flavor of rhubarb in this pie topped with strawberries.

Ingredients
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup of Florida's Natural® Premium Orange Juice
3 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 double pie crust

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Make pie crust and add orange rind.

Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, nutmeg, orange juice, and rhubarb. Place in pie crust.

Top with strawberries and dot with butter. Top with second pie crust.

Brush with milk, sprinkle sugar on top.

Cook for 40-50 minutes.
