1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Combine carrots and water in 10-inch skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until carrots are crisply tender.
Uncover; stir in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
