Pistachio Sprinkled Green Beans

Green beans with melted butter and sprinkled with chopped pistachio nuts.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed*
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup (2 ounces) coarsely chopped salted pistachio nuts

Directions

Place green beans in 3-quart saucepan; add enough water to cover. Cook over medium-high heat until water comes to a full boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10-15 minutes or until green beans are crisply tender. Drain.

Return beans to pan; add 2 tablespoons butter with canola oil and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until melted. Sprinkle with pistachio nuts; top with remaining butter with canola oil.

*Substitute 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen green beans. Cook according to package directions.
