Ingredients
4 cups (16 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded smoked cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold cooked Riceland Plump & Tender Medium Grain Rice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 jar (10 oz.) raspberry preserves
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except preserves; blend well.
Form mixture into a ring or log; make 1/2-inch groove down center on top of ring or log. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Just before serving, spoon preserves into groove. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
