Teriyaki Shrimp & Pineapple Grill Packet

Teriyaki shrimp and chunks of pineapple over rice cooked right on the grill.

Ingredients
2 Land O Lakes® Teriyaki Sauté Express® squares
1 pound large (21 to 30 count) raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2 cup green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
4 cups cooked jasmine rice

Directions
Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

Stack two large pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 20 inches long, on top of each other.

Cut Sauté Express® squares into quarters; place pieces in center of foil, about 1 inch apart.

Top with raw shrimp in single layer.

Cover with onions, bell pepper and pineapple.

Top with cooked rice. Bring long sides of aluminum foil together; seal top and sides of packet.

Place foil packet onto grill. Close lid; grill 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are bright pink and ingredients are heated through.

Remove from grill.

Invert entire packet onto platter, open packet carefully. Serve immediately.
