24 (2 cups) crisp chocolate chip cookies, crushed
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1 quart (4 cups) chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, sweetened, whipped, if desired
Crisp chocolate chip cookies, broken into pieces, if desired
Combine crushed cookies and butter in bowl; mix well. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Freeze 10 minutes or until firm.
Spread ice cream over crust. Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Remove from freezer. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
Drizzle pie with chocolate syrup. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate chip cookie pieces, if desired.
