2 cups strawberry ice cream*
2 bananas, peeled
1 8-ounce Strawberry Orange Banana Juice, concentrate
8 oz. water
1/2 cup Darigold milk
8 ice cubes for a thinner consistency (optional)
Blend ice cream in a blender. Add the bananas, juice concentrate, water and milk. Blend until smooth.
Blend in ice cubes for thinner consistency, if desired.
For a smoothie with a little zip, substitute two 8 oz. cartons of Darigold Lowfat Strawberry Yogurt in place of the 2 cups of ice cream.
