1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 pound sliced Land O Lakes® Deli Swiss Cheese, finely chopped
3 ounces deli corned beef, chopped
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish or finely chopped dill pickles
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup whole roasted salted almonds, finely chopped
1 green onion stem, cut into thin strips
Combine all cheese ball ingredients except almonds in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Place mixture on waxed paper; form into football shape.
Place chopped almonds in large shallow dish. Roll cheese ball in almonds to coat. Place on serving plate. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Decorate cheese ball, just before serving, with green onion strips to resemble laces on football.
Serve with crackers.
