3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Eggs
2 tablespoons pear nectar or orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups (about 1 large) shredded ripe pear, unpeeled
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons pear nectar or orange juice
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
Add eggs, pear nectar and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add shredded pear; continue beating until combined.
Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining bread ingredients except walnuts; beat just until blended. Stir in walnuts.
Spoon batter into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over loaf.
