3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
2 Land O Lakes® Eggs
2 ripe (1 cup) bananas, mashed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8x4-inch loaf pan; set aside.
Combine sugar, 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and eggs in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
Add bananas and vanilla; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients until just mixed.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Serve with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, if desired.
