Ingredients
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup Sun-Maid Apricots, chopped
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together coconut, apricots, condensed milk and salt.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased or parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees until edges are golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
