Quick Cloverleaf Herb Rolls

Frozen bread dough with butter and fresh parsley, rosemary and thyme leaves is the secret to these quick and delicious rolls.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary*

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves**

1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed


Directions 

Stir together butter, parsley, rosemary and thyme in 9-inch pie plate. 

Cut bread dough into 36 (about 1-inch) pieces using kitchen shears. Shape each piece into a ball; roll in herb mixture. Place 3 balls in each of 12 ungreased muffin cups. Cover; let rise 30 minutes or until double in size. 

Heat oven to 400°F. 

Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Substitutions  

*Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed.

**Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
