1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup bourbon*
5 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 tablespoons bourbon**
2 to 4 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup real semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.
Melt 1 cup butter and 4 ounces chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minute or until smooth. Stir in all remaining brownie ingredients until well mixed.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 28-32 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely.
Combine all frosting ingredients except milk in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often and adding enough milk for desired frosting consistency. Frost cooled brownies.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Drizzle brownies with chocolate.
Let stand 30 minutes or until set before cutting into squares.
*Substitute 2 tablespoons vanilla.
