A holiday favorite with cherries, raisins and walnuts.

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package white baking chips

1/2 teaspoon rum extract

1/3 cup chopped red candied cherries

1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons golden raisins

Directions 

Melt baking chips in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in rum extract. 

Immediately pour mixture onto aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, spreading evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness. Immediately top with cherries, walnuts and raisins; press down lightly.

Cover; refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces.
